We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site, via email and over the phone. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via the site, email, phone or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.


We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your cleaning request.


Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email or phone in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.


We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.


Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.


While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Terms of Service

If you book a cleaning with Happy Place Cleaning Services, you agree to our following Terms of Service. 


Happy Place Cleaning Services is a house cleaning referral agency. The cleaning-team we refer are domestic workers. Happy Place Cleaning Services takes pride in sendingreliable, an experienced and hard-working cleaning-team. Please check back on this page, as these terms may update without us notifying you. If you have any questions regarding these terms, please email or call us and we will be happy to explain them in further detail.

An appointment is considered confirmed when you book online with your credit card or you submit your card over the phone and verbally confirm the appointment. A $50cancellation fee will be applied within 24 hours of your appointment.

If you have questions and/or concerns with your cleaning-team or their cleaning, please send an email to info@happyplacecleaningservices.comAttn:managementwithin 24 hours after the job was done. Your claim will be responded to in the order in which we received it in 1-3 business days. Remember email is the fastest way to get our attention and resolve your concerns in this matter due to our high call volume on a daily basis.

{1} The rate may vary from each cleaning-team worker. General estimates are posted on our website. However, customer maynegotiate rate with cleaning-team. Gratuity is optional and not required if you don’t feel 100% satisfied.


{2} There is a one (1) hour windowof arrival for the cleaning-team. Based on many factors, such as traffic, finding new homes, finding parking, bringing in equipment and navigating from one home to another, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. The cleaning-team try their best to arrive towards the beginning of the arrival window. If they need an arrival adjustment, we will notify the customer.


{3} Our cleaning-team are all hard-working people.They count on Happy Place Cleaning Services to collect payment for them.Our cleaning-team makes a living on your payment. Happy Place Cleaning Services does not offer free cleanings.


{4} We work with our cleaning-team based on their schedules. Happy Place Cleaning Services cannot guarantee the same cleaning-team every time as schedules fluctuate. We will let you know in advance if anything changes with your appointment. We will try our best to ensure that your request will be answered in a timely manner.



{5} All bookings processed online or by email are for general cleanings only. This implies that your home has been cleaned within the past three months and is in reasonable condition. If not, we suggest you add the Deep Cleaning extra for a more detailed cleaning (see services). The cleaning-team will consult with you before the cleaning begins to assure that every one’s expectations are set at the beginning.


{6} We suggest that if it your first time booking a cleaning from us, that you are present at the beginning of the cleaning to have an initial walk through with the cleaning-team. We also suggest that you arrange to either be present for the duration of the cleaning or return 10 minutes before the cleaning-team are finishing so you can see the cleaning they did in the final walk through.



{7} Please provide parking opportunity for the cleaning-team. An appointment will be considered “cancelled” and the $50 cancellation fee will be applied if our cleaning-team have to leave due to parking inconvenience.


{8} Happy Place Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse service to an unreasonable request.
